Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments through RBS Worldpay.



If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received a confirmation email with a summary of the order will be sent to your email address, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

On receipt of an order, a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card will be carried out to ensure there are sufficient funds to meet the transaction. Your payment card will be debited with the total cost of the order including VAT and delivery prior to your order being dispatched.

All the products listed on the website are correct at the date of listing. Due to product updates from our suppliers, Holt Leisure Parks Limited reserves the right to substitute products with comparable or improved products if necessary.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Delivery

Orders are normally despatched in two days. If for any reason an order cannot be despatched within two working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), we will notify you by telephone or email. You will be given the opportunity to cancel any item(s) which are out of stock, or will be given an expected date of delivery.
The standard delivery charges are:-

- FREE for goods value of over £50.00
- £5.00 for goods value under £50.00

For delivery rates for non-mainland UK and outside the UK, heavy and bulky items and hazardous goods, an extra charge may apply.

Holt Leisure Parks Limited use a courier delivery service. Holt Leisure Parks Limited cannot guarantee exact delivery timescales. Orders for non-mainland UK and outside the UK may take slightly longer than other deliveries. If an alternative postal or courier service is required, please email chandlery [at] kipmarina [dot] co [dot] uk with your requirements.

Please advise us if your order is lost or damaged in transit. Holt Leisure Parks Limited cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Packages sent to European and International destinations are insured, but are only tracked in the UK.

Returns Policy

If there is a requirement to return an item if it is defective, you must telephone Holt Leisure Parks Limited to inform us and return the item within 14 days of receipt. The paperwork with the original order number stated, a description of the defect, your name and address, a contact telephone number should be provided, and an indication as to whether you wish a refund or replacement. All goods are returned at the customer’s expense and customers are advised to obtain 'proof of delivery' as Holt Leisure Parks Limited are not liable for goods lost in transit. If the item is found to be defective a full refund will be given, unless a replacement has been requested. Holt Leisure Parks Limited will contact you if the claim is in doubt.

If you wish to return an item which is not suitable or no longer required, you must call Holt Leisure Parks Limited within 7 days of receiving the item and return the item in original packaging, undamaged within 7 days from the date of the call. The paperwork with the original order number stated, your name and address, a contact telephone number should be provided and an indication as to whether you would like a refund or replacement. Holt Leisure Parks Limited will refund the cost of the item but NOT the cost of postage and packaging. You can choose to have a replacement item (if available). The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and we will review the condition of the goods before issuing a refund or replacement, and contact you if the claim is in doubt.

Holt Leisure Parks Limited cannot refund the cost of or exchange damaged goods and cannot guarantee to exchange any goods which have been made to order, or are not part of normal the normal stock range.

Reservation of Title

All orders remain the property of Holt Leisure Parks Limited until such time as payment therefore has been made in full.

Holt Leisure Parks Limited reserves the right to cancel any order where obvious errors in pricing or product description have occurred.

Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Scots Law and the Scottish courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
